Fall and winter 2014

We had a beautiful, summer-like fall this year. I was super spoiled to have my parents come for a portion of it. It was so nice to have them here and have them participate in our day-to-day life. Unfortunately some of that included finding out last minute that they were going to be changing our sewage pipes, which translated into an missing toilet for an unspecified amount of time... Luckily we all survived in the end. I was really bad about taking pictures, but here are a couple here and there from the past few months.
Evaëlle officially turned two! Which was a nice development because she had been practicing for about a year.

We went to Desaples this year in Charmilles, near Gruyeres, where we love it the most. We decided to take park at the bottom of the mountains this year and take the shuttle but up, we surprisingly ended up a near death experience when taking it back down, but we survived.

We visited Swiss Vapeur Park

Getting ready for Halloween

We surpised the kids with a trip to EuropaPark the weekend before Halloween

Even the 'Space Mountain' roller coaster was turned into the largest Jack-o-Lantern in Europe !

The kids got glued to the soccer game.

Everyone was wiped out at the end

The bed and breakfast that we stayed at.

An autumn visit to the Arboretum.

Baby frogs. We thought we killed it by handling it, but it was just psyching us out.
Halloween at Signal du Bougy
Zoo de la Garenne

Hameau de Père Noël

Visiting the Titanic exhibition that came to town. Jonas really insisted on going and the boys loved it.
Sleep over. These two kids really love eachother. We didn't get to do as many Christmas activities this year as I like to because Daniel ended up travelling alot during these months, hopping between Europe, New York and Asia.
