A couple of weeks ago, Jonas was still a binky-addict. Until his lip had an unfortunate run in with a falling LeapFrog Junior Explorer Globe, rendering binky sucking less pleasant. Since he had to go without for a couple of days anyway, we thought it was probably the moment to take advantage and break the habit. Jonas was especially excited for his binky party, and to send his many leftover binkies to Pere Noel.

We spent the day at an indoor swimming pool in nearby France.
He had a binky cake.
And, of course, binky presents.
This picture at the end of our ski day yesterday cracked me up. We had an amazing day with great snow, sunny and warm weather. Couldn't have been better. But by the end of it the kids were so exhausted that they would take a brief snooze on Daniel on the way up the lift. A couple of times we thought that Jonas was not going to make it. However, they always got their energy back going down, and when we would get to the bottom they would ask to do it again. So we did, until the lifts shut down.
