The day after our visit to Ourika Valley we had a pretty chill day. We had a long and lazy breakfast
Then we hung out on the terrasse for a long time. The boys liked the riad turtles wandering around.
We finally got ourselves out in the afternoon
The nut and dried fruit vendor invited us in for a photo.
Jaxon needed to pee. I told him that if he smiled I would take him right away.
We had been wanting to eat at this restaurant since walking by it our first day in Marrakech. They had a nice terrasse from which we enjoyed the sunset over the city.
A ordered a chicken pastilla. It was kind of like a main dish and dessert in one. It was chicken in a pastry crust covered with cinnamon and sugar. It was strangely delicious.
The boys got brochette de kefta (grilled grounbeef on a stick) which they loved.
Daniel finally decided to take the plunge with the kids. A very brief plunge.
Allan and I have been LOVING your updates! We'll try to find time to come back and comment some more but wanted to just really quick tell you thank you for blogging! It's so nice to have this little peek into your lives and what you guys are doing and how the kids are growing!
