Last day in Amsterdam

Our flight on our last day in Amsterdam didn't leave until 9: 30, so we had the entire day to work with. We started by heading over to the Tropenhouse, an ethnographic museum that was initially opened to sensitize the public to Holland's colonization endeavors. It was a fabulous museum and really targeted towards kids.

Then we visited the Amsterdam Museum. It was a little less interesting for the kids, but at least there was a giant.

Then we headed home. These last pictures are from a our picnic in Morges when we got home.
