Fastest Street Performer: Man running alongside the horse-drawn carriage to serenade us, his effort was certainly worth more than the 50 cents we gave him (Sevilla)

Amazing!! I loved Jaxon in his make shift bed and that yall squeezed into 4 little bunks. Seeing the pictures of the market, so fresh and natural, almost inspired me to pull out my wheat grinder and make some wholesome bread…almost. I can’t believe Jonas’s haircut, he looks so different!
RépondreSupprimerI had to laugh about the Best Way to Nearly Get Kicked Out of the Alhambra. Jonas does look different with his hair cut. The picture of the Bastille day fireworks is awesome. You trips sounds like it was a great action packed vacation.
RépondreSupprimerThat looks like it was so fun! You guys are having such cool experiences. And it looks like that trip was totally Janet style...it reminds me of some of the little road trips I took with you (: And I give you an award for Most Creatively Written Blog Post of the Day
RépondreSupprimerOh wow, you actually ordered the suckling pig! Very brave! My little brother accidentally ordered that once when we were in Madrid, and was shocked when they brought a pig out on a plate.
RépondreSupprimerToo bad about getting kicked out of the Alhambra! Oops! Security guards never have a sense of humor, I've found.
What a fun trip! We have our Slovenia trip coming up in less than a month, August 18-28. How close is Ljubljana from your house? If it's not far, come and join us! We fly into Venice and will stay there for the first 2 days (August 18-20), and then we'll take a train to Ljubljana.
Spain looks pretty awesome, it was nice to see part of your family Janet; we are glad you get to get together often. The kids are growing so fast! Hope you keep having so much fun!
RépondreSupprimerLooks like you guys had an awesome trip. I love how Jaxon knocked that barrier post in the water. Probably a bit uncomfortable with that security guard in a tissy, but hilarious to look back on huh? I love the way you did the before and after...leaves Jaxon's mischief up to the reader's imagination. Can't beat that breakfast of chocolate churros...now I will never be satisfied until I have made myself sick on those things. And of course, Bastille day in Carcassonne. No firework display I've ever seen even came close to comparing to that castle as it goes up in green flame and stuff. I'm so glad you guys were able to make it all happen.

Just wanted to say I LOVE Jonas's haircut and the picture of you two together :)
